I asked a girl _could I_ buy her a drink. She _said_ “I have a boyfriend” so I said, “Well I have a goldfish”. “What?” she asked. I replied, oh I’m sorry, I though we were talking about shit that doesn’t matter.
Underscores mean underlined words. Apparently “Learn To Write in English” is someone that likes to criticize grammar (as if anyone cares) without revealing who they are.
