Funny, but he’s not that far off. “Finders keepers” has actually been cited in court cases and is, to an extent, legally sound. Unfortunately for this guy, it probably won’t work out in regards to the dog, but if he had found a shipwreck… he’d be golden. Just a little FYI from a law student.
